ABOUT VANPORT 2025

This is a mixed-use development located near the original City of Vanport, Oregon. It will feature 50K+ sq. ft. of office space and 300+ units of mixed-income housing.

At the center of this property is a wet lake and canal system, which pays homage to this generation of Vanport builders’ ability to rise above.  The canal, its underwater connections and its system of pumps will control flooding, while cultivating a network of lakes and bodies of water that generate clean energy. 

 Vanport Lake and River will be lined with exhibits of the history of Vanport and the communities they went on to create.
